UP THERE x NEW BALANCE POP-UP
Cold Brew at the U991UT2 Launch
A big win for the small roaster.
When Melbourne’s UP THERE teamed up with New Balance to launch the U991UT2, we were stoked to be part of it bringing cold brew to a pop-up that blended culture, craft, and community in all the right ways.
A Launch Built on Vision
After fifteen years in the game, even UP THERE admitted this one caught them off guard. Being handed a Made in UK project is no small thing and with that came the pressure to get it right.
Linking up with New Balance designer Sam Pearce, the direction quickly became clear: no gimmicks, no shortcuts just pure authenticity. The result? A refined, thoughtful take on the iconic 991v2 silhouette that speaks directly to their roots.
The Pop-Up Experience
Held out in Harcourt, the pop-up wasn’t heavily advertised. Instead, teaser clips dropped on Instagram just enough to spark curiosity without giving too much away.
If you knew, you knew.
And if you made the trip, you were rewarded with something special.
Where Dancing Goats Came In
We were proud to supply the cold brew for the event—keeping people fuelled as they explored the space, connected with the story, and got their hands on the release.
Our cold brew matched the vibe:
- Clean
- Smooth
- No fuss
- Built for warm days and long hangs
It’s always a good feeling seeing our coffee become part of moments like this where creativity, community, and culture all intersect.
More Than Just Coffee
We’re about more than just what’s in the cup. We’re about showing up in the right spaces, with the right people, doing things properly.
This was one of those moments.
Big love to UP THERE for having us along for the ride.
